Perfect striploin. Smoked it low and slow, then reverse seared for a crust. The marbling keeps it incredibly juicy.

Excellent striploin with great marbling. Grilled to medium and it was juicy and delicious. Only four stars because I'd prefer slightly thicker cuts for better temperature control when cooking. That said, the quality is undeniable and the price point is very fair for American Wagyu.
