Shipping Policy

PH Prime is committed to delivering premium quality products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of freshness and food safety. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following shipping policies to ensure optimal product quality upon delivery.
1. Standard Ground Shipping
Standard or Ground shipping is available for all addresses within the UPS 2-day shipping radius from zip code 57783 (Spearfish, South Dakota). Deliveries within this zone will arrive within 2 business days of shipment using ground transportation.
2. Expedited Shipping Requirements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, any location outside of the 2-day ground shipping radius from zip code 57783 will require 2-day air shipping at a minimum. This requirement ensures:
• Product freshness and quality upon delivery
• Proper temperature control throughout transit
• Food safety compliance and customer satisfaction
3. Geographic Restrictions
PH Prime ships exclusively within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. This policy ensures we can maintain our quality standards and comply with interstate commerce regulations for perishable food products.
4. Shipping Schedule
To ensure on-time delivery and product freshness, all shipments are dispatched on Tuesday through Thursday only. This schedule:
• Prevents weekend delays in transit
• Ensures deliveries occur during the business week when recipients are available
• Maintains optimal cold chain integrity throughout the delivery process
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Mountain Time on Monday to ship Tuesday, Tuesday for Wednesday shipping, or Wednesday for Thursday shipping. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed for the next available shipping day.
All perishable products are shipped with appropriate insulated packaging and cooling materials to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit. Products are packaged to remain frozen or refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
We recommend customers be available to receive shipments upon delivery or make arrangements for immediate refrigeration. PH Prime is not responsible for product quality issues arising from delayed retrieval of packages after delivery.
