Products arriving partially frozen are perfectly safe and maintain full quality when stored immediately upon delivery.

Accuracy and Consistency

We guarantee that you will receive the exact items you ordered, meeting or exceeding the specifications listed on our website. This includes correct cuts, grades, and weights as indicated at the time of purchase. When natural variation results in larger portions, you benefit from our commitment to accuracy.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, PH Prime maintains a no-return policy on all shipped items. All sales are final once products have left our facility. This policy protects both product integrity and food safety for all customers.

Wrong Product Shipped

Missing Items

In the rare instance that items from your order are missing, please contact us right away. Occasionally, products may go out of stock between order placement and fulfillment without our immediate knowledge. Product Condition Guidelines

Understanding Normal Transit Conditions:

        Products arriving frozen or partially frozen are in perfect condition and ready for storage

        Items that are cold to the touch can be safely refrozen immediately or cooked within 24 hours

        Surface thawing during transit is normal and does not compromise product quality

        Products should only be of concern if they are warm to the touch or exhibit off odors

Refund Process

When a refund is authorized, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been initiated.

In certain situations, we may offer store credit or replacement products as alternatives to refunds, allowing you to experience the quality you expected from your original order.
