Christopher L. The dry-aged striploin is incredible. The aging process concentrates the flavor and creates this rich, complex taste. I portioned it into steaks and they were consistently amazing. PH Prime's dry-aging is done right.

Barbara M. This whole striploin was about 10 lbs and absolutely beautiful. Cut it into steaks myself and it was way more cost-effective than buying individual cuts. The marbling throughout was consistent and every steak we've had from it has been incredible. Great option if you have freezer space.
