David K. Premium quality at a fair price. Arrived perfectly packed, still frozen solid. The cut was restaurant-quality - even thickness, beautiful color. Slightly leaner than beef so watch your cooking time, but the flavor payoff is worth it.

Karen L. Good quality elk with nice flavor. Leaner than beef but still tender when cooked properly. I made the mistake of cooking it to medium and it was a bit dry. At medium-rare it would have been perfect.
